Definition Of Terms

V-2 2.7 Flys on 29mm E thru H power! For best results, use a 1/4" diameter launch rod. It does fly off standard model rocket launch pads in calm conditions. Its very strong and lightweight construction makes it fly surprisingly high compared to other rocket kit brands. Most motor combinations require the addition of nose weight for adequate stability. Test it for yourself!

All U.S. Rockets Scale series kits feature wood fins, heavy duty airframe tubes, strong shock cord, illustrated assembly and flight instructions, and all the high quality parts needed to successfully assemble and fly a high performance model rocket. Launcher, motors, glue, sandpaper, sealer and paint not included.

Balsa parts

Thank you Balsa Machining Service!

BMS has made some fine craftsman balsa nose and tail cones.
They made the nose cones from hard, dense balsa, and the tail
cones from light balsa. The result is the most stable V-2
out of the box this modeller has ever seen.
